We used to have a papyrus plant and once when I trimmed it I dropped the “flower” in the trash can. Hubby, who has arachni-leptic fits at the sight of a daddy longlegs, nearly had a heart attach when he opened the can to toss something else.
Looks like our place in Whittier CA, in the 1960’s before all the strip malls, before Interstate 605 and it’s pollution. Back when there were orange trees in Whittier and apple trees in apple valley. Yep way back in BC time.
I hope that I shall never find —a Palm as lovely as this wine—A wine that helps me to forget—- Republicans don’t even show regret—- for electing an example so fine this—- that it makes me want to take a p__ __ __!
