Don’t do it – you won’t win because a motorcycle is almost always going to win in a stoplight drag race, and even if you did win, it’s more likely you’ll end up with a much worse speeding ticket from the angry losing officer…

Is it double if Ziggy wins or if he loses?

    “Wouldn’t be fair…you have a blown Camaro with headers and slicks, I have a 10-speed bike”…

Jimmy John’s commercial. (I think. That was from memory, and I’m only on my 3rd cup of coffee)

you betcha – sounds like a plan – sure but first I have to flip this little nitro switch – wow! we can do that! who’da thought? – do I get a head start? – wanna trade vehicles first? – is your body cam on? – okay and I’ll even give you a 10 count start! – well roll me over in the ditch and rub my drive train. that’s mighty sporting of you officer. -

A police officer actually asked me to show him what my vehicle could do. I was riding a bicycle.

Years ago, at 3rd shift lunch, 2:30 am, we raced an officer and he raced us. Just bored 3rd shifters. It was fun. He won.

In California you can get a single violation ignored by taking a drivers ed class. But two violations — forget it!
