Huskies, Labs, Goldens, Shibas, Samoyeds, Malamutes, German Shedders and Chow Chows (and any northern dog, really) could lend fur to those with those summer coated ones. I know dogs are generous shedders. :D
Sad thing is, lots of people leave short-haired dogs outside all winter to freeze. Most dog owners should NOT have dogs.
we had a husky one time, had to brush her bout once a month, had enough fur to cover a retriever, enough to fill a trash bag.
