My problem is I HATE anything up my nose, so am very resistant to neti pots, Flonase, etc. But may have to “get over it” and use one of them. I feel awful! (did go and make sure it was “only” allergies)
That’s me in the morning. Sleepy, Dopey, Grumpy. I do recommend the neti pot. There is also a squeeze bottle of saline that works well. You can get saline packets to reuse it. I got a box of 100 at Target for about $9.

My allergy meds gave me a hang-over type headache. Then I started using a neti pot. No more allergy probloms, no meds, and no headaches.
