I had a dog that took 17 pills a day. Bear was a champ even though he had health issues. He ate those pills in liverwurst or cream cheese, but never balked at taking them!
I now have a senior dog who has to take a couple of pills a day. He got tired of the cream cheese, so back to good ol’ liverwurst. No dog says no to that.
Peanut butter has never let me down. Great Dane and Weimaraner have to take pills every day for allergies. Both LOVE to take pills with peanut butter. They will even remind me if I forget.
