My mother is a singularly unhappy lottery player, and I don’t think winning would make her happier for long, especially since statically she won’t win. First thing I would do is to meet with a tax lawyer and those who work with large sums of money. Invest most of it and you can be living off the interest just fine. Also give to charities and my family too.
