One of my favorite comic gags! There was one years ago that showed a sketch artist asking if the witness really saw this guy (it was a stick figure) and she insisted it was accurate. The next panel, IIRC, showed the stick figure eventually caught up in a line up or something like that.

Reminds me of my Drawing I class – our first assignment was to do a self-portrait. The instructor wasn’t amused when I asked if stick figures counted.
