Don’t worry, Tina. They will grow up to be just as mean (in my experience, the way they were in high school is the way they stay) but you will grow up to be a sympathetic and kind person.

Hang in there! She is mean because she is jealous! (My mother used to tell me that- don’t know if it was true but it made me feel better. Thanks mum!)

I might chase a stick, Chloe, but that’s not as funny as you licking your butt.

Everybody has had a “mean girl” event in their life. Don’t let them see it bothers you, Tina. A snort, a small smile, or complete ignorance of them having even said something will make them quit. It may take a while, because mean girls are also stupid, but, they will forever be mean and stupid and you will forever be kind, sympathetic, sweet and so much more a better person!!!

Ask her “What is wrong in your life to make you so angry? Is there anything I can do to help you?” It will make her attack again, often, but it also makes her pack see her for what she is. Repeat as needed, and eventually she will know she is outclassed and knock it off, because she’s a scared little bitch. Pointing out to her that she is a scared little bitch is nonproductive because her pack are also scared little bitches, who are mostly scared of her.

Yes, Tina, you were “just you”. A better person than she will ever be!
