From personal experience, writing numbers on your hand with any fountain pen, from a daily writer to a Mont Blanc or higher quality pen does not hurt. If the nib is too fine, F or EF, you might risk being tattooed if too much pressure is used. And with fountain pen ink you risk the possibility of the ink spreading all over the place as human skin is not as absorbent as any quality of paper. For these purposes either a different pen (rollerball would be best) if skin were to be written on, or paper if the fountain pen were to be used.
