It WAS something you said, Alice… you must NEVER insult your parents’ facial features.

For a few years I took a razor knife to Christmas so that I could free the wonderful gifts from their devilish packaging.

Aw heck, GoComics must have skipped one; this blog entry relates to the strip that ran last week here, but this week 10 years ago

This strip, which ran after Christmas in the original run 10 years ago, also ran before Christmas 5 years ago, in the first rerun. Sort of odd that Richard, who was still alive 5 years ago, would have allowed a strip with Alice opening a Christmas present, to run before Christmas. Maybe GoComics didn’t ask him about that. Oh well, … Since that entry isn’t tied to this strip, here’s another CdS based Christmas blog entry, but not tied to any strip

I have a relatively young nose for my head. Pretty proud, I must say.

Alice has a reputation for saying things, even when she shouldn’t.

Yes, Alice, it was something you said! Daddies are very sensitive creatures and need encouragement when they are struggling to help their daughters!
