They could hire MLB umps. They seem to have no problem calling strikes/balls differently for different pitchers. So pretty good on judging with “flexibility”.
The paradox is that nobody wants the officials to “determine the outcome of the game”. I hear lots of “Let them play!” followed by “I can’t believe they missed that call!”

4th quarter, one score game, any play resulting in a touchdown make sure they overturn the initial play.
