Not a great Snoopy rendition, but it looks like he nailed Frosty.

“IT WAS A DARK AND SNOWY NIGHT”

It was a dark an snowy night, the howl of the wolfen were heard amid the hushed snow covered streets. A cold wind blows with the stench of a thousand graves as I walk home from a night of gaiety and schnapps. From gold lit warmth to the blue cold of the late hour.

Thunder rumbled! Flashes of lightening amid the feathery snow dropping at a modest pace. Most unusual to have such a weather phenomena on this odd portentous evening. Looking down does he see elongated wolf-like tracks? I quicken my pace.

Seems more fitting for Hallowe’en than a holy night where the stars are not shining with this storm front. Yet no buses run nor his car is available, booted, so trudge I must to hearth and home. The wolfen pack is in their city hunting. Though the curfew is on you can go at your own risk.(It isn’t mandatory, he thinks they want people to be there as prey and food for the local wolfen pack. Keep them happy.)

“It was a dark and stormy night. Suddenly, a shot rang out! A door slammed. The maid screamed. Suddenly, a pirate ship appeared on the horizon! While millions of people were starving, the king lived in luxury. Meanwhile, on a small farm in Kansas, a boy was growing up.” – Charles Schulz
