Actually this wasn’t a strip to lol at but brought a tear to me eye.

My daughter always told her children that if it wasn’t yours before you found it, it still wasn’t yours after you found it.

“You can’t outgive God.” This is the mantra of the “name it and claim it” pushers like Osteen. He’s not rich because he gave, he’s rich because you gave… to him.

They should have pulled the plug on this strip at the 100th anniversary and let 127 year old Walt, 99 year old Skeezix and that stupid cat all go to the old cartoon folks home or whatever. I thought that was what was gonna happen. The strip is a train wrec compared to what King and Moores had going. Time to go.

I guess what amazes me is that it’s suppose to be Christmas Eve there (right?) and yet nobody else is in sight.

Why have to pay a parking ticket bill the hour after you got it(like here)? Also, why go in person? A check or CC payment over the Internet or via phone much easierBut then, no story….

You Don’t like the strip, go away , leave it and the rest of us alone. Nobody is needed to destroy anymore of what is worthwhile.

Many years ago my father used to read Gasoline Alley to my brother and me. I have fond memories of this strip and am so glad it is not ending.
