She should follow the 37% rule. You look at 37% of what’s available, then the next one you see that’s better than anything you’ve already looked at is the one you should choose. It’s been shown that people are almost always satisfied with their choice when they just settle at that point, then keep looking around for something better (that may not exist). Works for many decisions in life.
