Based on the car’s lane, the road is in England. Perhaps a “Brexit” reference?

They put that sign there for people driving on the wrong side of the road.

I-10 terminates in Jacksonville, FL. I wonder if I can get that sign put up a couple of miles from where the highway ends?

Is the driver in England? He appears to be driving on the left side of the road. In-joke?
