We had a cat who always tried to join into my exercise routine. Even when I did a leg-lift and caught him square in the face with my foot, ol’ Piemurr came right back to rubs his whiskery face against mine and see what I was doing next, that he could interfere with!!! Well, it certainly cheered up my routine…somewhat…a little…laughter is a good exercise, right???
Laughing as Alex and Brandy would lay there and watch Chuck and I work out on the weight machine when we had the house. However, the best was Cassidy when we moved from LV back to California and after I got out of the hospital and told to eat and gain weight and strength…I did, too much and then had to workout….A LOT! Cassidy was particularly adament when I would stop riding my bike before the song stopped she’d stand by the bike and shake like she was saying "No it’s not done yet! LOL
I’ve never been able to do yoga at home…I let the cats and dog get all over me, which is fun, but feels risky if I try anything advanced- or I close the door and hear “ scratch, scratch, scratch” through the whole session – I do it for play with them, though

Yoga is truly a full-contact sport, and the one that comes out on top, wins.

It’s not yoga, but I do lie and the floor to stretch and twist in an attempt to loosen up my sore old body
Have a lot of “help”, it always attracts the attention of the cats and the dog when I’m on the floor

Our dog used to slink under us when we were trying to do pushups.
