Tell that to Karen Carpenter, the quest to be ever thinner killed her. At one time, she got herself down to 77 lbs. She was 5’4" and should have weighed around 120 lbs.
As the old story goes if only Mama Cass didn’t eat that ham sandwich and Karen Carpenter had instead we might still have both of them around today!
