Looks like they’re entered in the synchronized rubber-necking event.
Their next move is to rub their bellies while patting their heads. More points for degree of difficulty but less points for style.
Excellent synchronization so far, Chip and Darlene! Don’t give those Higglepooders a second thought! You’ve got this!
On three, switch legs, arms akimbo and look to the left!
They are a shoo-in to win, however I do hope they have matching outfits. That is always big with the judges!
I looove to watch that competition!
The tough parts are the sitting high kicks…. Darlene’s are perfect… and the seated Macarena.
This year they’ve added a synchronised arm-waving and toe-touching routine that’s going to shake out the slackers…
The Higglepooder “Sisters” are probably better at the compulsory part of the routine, though…
They’re not too imaginative…
but after trying for 40 years to fit in with the Higglepooder clan, they know how to follow a set of steps…
whether sitting or standing.
(For that matter, even while talking or cooking.)
I didn’t say, “Simon Says”!
Good morning Sheriff.
Semi-finals of the Ballard Street Simon Says Competition, Lawn Chair Division.
Made the regionals did they.
Salluute!
I wonder what their costumes are for this year?
I’m with LastRoseofSummer.. they are good but matching outfits will definitely help them win.
I hear their grand finale is a double jump with flip, landing in the other chair! Take that, Higglepooders!
But if they both married the brothers, doesn’t that make Darlene “Mrs. Higglepooder” too?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH LYONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
I forgot to mention yesterday morning that i received another donation. I’m at $50 in the fund now.

the second half is free-style, which is where Chip and Darlene shine. The Higglepooder “Sisters” are probably better at the compulsory part of the routine, though…
