amish isnt exactly a race, RCMinor. I think of it more as a way of life. Amish don’t use electricity or motor vehicles or any of today’s modern technology, including phones… They don’t have or use telephones, so the Amish Phone Directory is a winner… a blank piece of paper! CLASSIC!

I’m going to sit and make each one of these - well, not the complicated plane.

The Amish phone book is a list of all the Mennonites who have a phone in their neighborhood!

Wish I had seen this earlier today, too busy to read until now. But yes, the Amish have cell phones, they also have phone poles way out in the fields, some shared by many Amish families. True!
