Lucy began taking over at a very early age.
Asking for “Head of the Household” tells you that it’s a sales call/telemarketer. I know; I used to do this years ago. (HATED IT).
Not all that different than the average cat.
Ah, the days when almost all telephone calls were really for someone in your household and with a human being, not a robot, on the line. Sigh!

I did this all the time when I was a teen…it helped to get my family taken off of several telemarketing lists…

Nowadays I leave the ringer off and the voicemail on. Much more relaxing that way.
