Jason Snake Lover was once thirty-nine billion, seven hundred forty million and one miles away. (Mars is not going to be crashing down onto Earth that soon, Lucy.)
At twenty minutes before eight, Central Time, Professor Farrell of the Mount Jennings Observatory, Chicago, Illinois, reported observing a total of three explosions of incandescent gas occurring at regular intervals on the planet Mars.
