I wonder if this was the first time in the strip that Lucy was described as a fussbudget.
It’s an odd term. I imagine somebody planning their day, and budgeting enough time for fussing.
Those with a talent to annoy others such as Lucy here, those who are always negative and those who seem to live to just fight regardless of what’s said or done never deny exhibiting their “talents”.
Good thing she’s not a serial killer.
