Snoopy’s whole day was ruined.

I’m not following at all with the “andiron” definition.

Dog and a cat Are most beloved creatures, we should thank God for both.

Snoopy feels dogged in the verb transitive sense.

We’re seeing the gradual evolution of Snoopy from the early 50s pup to the long-nosed lanky fellow of the late 50s.

Wash and iron went out many decades ago. Now we wear basically plastic clothing that doesn’t get ironed. (I know, NOT that kind of iron, I just had to)
