Hopefully, Linus and the rest will be remembered 500 years from now.

From a world history textbook published in the year 2460.

“Most scholars agree that a pivotal event in the decline of the great American Empire, was the refusal of a young boy, known only as ‘Blanket Boy’, to go to bed on time.

I have a much shorter timeframe. I always ask myself if it’ll matter in 10 years? If so, then it’s worth worrying about it. So far, very few moments of supposed “crisis” have risen to that threshold.

Years later, Sally would use (and over-use!) that same old saying.
