Yeah, but next week you get to look forward to New Year’s Eve. Fireworks, stuff to eat, stuff to drink and trying to stay awake till midnight so you can get the first kiss of the new year.
I’ve never quite understood why, in the USA, Christmas ends abruptly after the 25th. It’s Boxing Day here and still the season to be merry. 12 days of Christmas and all that.
