I like when you miss just one letter and it gives you a whole list of words – none of them are anything like it. I’m a good speller but a lousy typist – hence my offers of replacement words.
I confuse my laptop and phone all the time, I am a horrific speller. I blame catholic school ( because it can’t be me ). Can’t type eather, this post took about 10 min, ;)
Usually it’s not a misspelled word it’s just the wrong word such as “they’re”, “their”, “there”. Spellcheck will say the sentence, “There dog was in the yard” is spelled correctly because technically it is spelled correctly.

I know how to spell. My phone tells me I chose the wrong word and replaces it with something completely different!

I didn’t know that a computer has a spell checker. I always thought it was the program you used.

I resemble that remark.

Spell check doesn’t fix grammar errors, punctuation errors or syntax errors
