I agree with everything Adam said, and I might add one more. Coffee actually relaxes me at the end of the day. I will drink some at night while watching TV, and before I know it I am awake 2 hours later and have to use the restroom.
Every year I give up coffee from Ash Wednesday through Pentecost Sunday. It takes me at least 3 weeks to get my taste for it back afterward. This year I may just give it up altogether.
He hit all the right notes until he went off the rails a little. Besides, drinking coffee, even sipping it a little gives you a break and an excuse to ‘not’ be doing whatever you are supposed to be doing.

What’s not to love about coffee? It’s delicious, it’s a good hot drink when it’s cold, it helps me wake up and helps me stay alert. Nothing like it.

I prefer tea, any day of the week!
[Real tea – not those atrocities of bilge water made from obscure and useless “herbs” and plants that many people call tea.]

For the average drinker, my Nuclear Coffee only has on Super Power in each pot
Adam has apparently joined me at the next level, where multiple powers can occur simultaneously

It’s amazing what coffee can do for you, if you skip that Starbucks junk.
I get no kick from caffeine. I have a couple of cups in the afternoon and then lie down and nap.1MadHat Premium Member almost 6 years ago

IMHO she is much too young to be drinking coffee. I had to wait until I was 17.
