The Sunday text is quite readable. Is this going to be a regular thing ?

Dad has a job. That’s how he always works out.

From the looks of it, Dad is already involved in your program. Though the comparative scale does make it a bit less effective.

Followed by a nice cool down period in the kennel…

See! Who says you have to go to the gym. Get a dog or cat. They’ll give you plenty of exercise, chasing around the house.

I hope so….

This is the reason my dish cloth is hung over the back of the stove, not on the counter.
