The human cartoon gets into character. it’s a bit strange how his right hand is the the left of his left hand, but I think it’s meant to show a quick change.
so far its been , what.. a MONTH and no sign of Haf-n-Haf… not even HALF a sign of him!
are we POSITIVE that Tulza is actually the villain in this storyarc? Because the PACE definitely seems to be killing more than any murderous psychopath sure could!
Typically, we spend a lot of time with the villain at the outset of a story. Predictably, a small minority will fret that Tracy is missing from his own strip. We had a powerful set up for this tale. Haf and Haf (aka Splitface) brutalized two doctors to escape the hospital in a fierce storm. He was revealed to have three personalities arguing over the best course of action. Last seen heading to Tracyville with murdering Zelda on his mind, we have shifted from Splitface to Tracy and Sam’s arrival at Patterson Playhouse, where A Chin to Die For is in rehearsals. Vitamin, Kandikane, Zelda and Magnus are at the theatre and at risk. The tension mounts, and we eagerly await the next appearance of Splitface. Again, I like the eschewing of formulae. Splitface lurks. He is bound to appear soon, possibly arguing amongst his selves over the best course of action in his plan to murder Zelda.
Looks like Magnus is a cross between Egbert Souse’ in the Bank Dick, and Bing Crosby in The Country Girl. Classic, even though it’s totally by accident. Yeah, it’s really tense. I expect if, and when H&H shows up, he’ll have a half mask like The Phantom, hopefully singing Music of the Night

Not every actor portraying a cartoon character has an appreciation for the task. ✨

Actors don’t always like the roles they have to take to put food on the table.

Good morning™, trashed Tracy copies !
I see a severe case of staggers coming up. The costume should go out on its own, it will make a better impression for the photo shoot.

What’s that he’s drinking? It looks like the label reads “Old Swill.” LOL

Hopefully he won’t end up looking like another cartoon character, when H&H mistakes him for Tracy and turns him into Fearless Fosdick

Love the label: Old Swill. (And I think he meant to say, soused. )

Ugliest villain? Hmm?? Food for thought, Certainly Wormy, Pruneface, The Brow, and that Dab Stract, and of course H&H, even though a Two-Face clone.

The current IDW DT mini-series isn’t even over yet, and a new one will be launching in April.

Magnus is depressed, drunk, dishevelled, and doomed. It’s a toss-up whether he gets fired or fired at first….
