P2, These genius’s are about to be arrested for being too stupid to commit a crime.
P3, Let me take a wild swing and miss and say this cop used to play for Gil and hates BStatWhiz and Marty and not only gets them a ladder but helps them deface the billboard. Or he arrests them and Gil loses 4 starters for the rest of the year, which really won’t be much of a loss and we’ll get to baseball season before June for a change. At least Officer Fife saved 4 lives by keeping them away from Swifti Mart.
P3 Wow, it is clear these kids should never consider a life of crime as a career…probably would be very unhappy getting caught at everything they do. “Book em Dano” for attempted Graffiti and with intent to defame!!!
Officer T.J. Hooker indeed CJ. P2 is the most illuminating panel since Scott Fowler discovered the peacock. Do you think Sgt. Hooker, with alien assistance, will probe this matter and will Klingon to clues discovered?
In usual GT fashion, the kids will be the ones in trouble while Gil teaches them to take the high road, and Geek boy and Marty will continue their crusade unimpeded, sort of like the cheating golfers did last summer, with little or no consequences.
Checked online. The average cost of a billboard in Chicago is $5450 a month. I suppose Milford would be about 10% or $545 a month. Robby/Bobby is getting a lot of bang for his bucks.

Kinda bet, though, that “possession of spray paint” isn’t a legal crime in that state.

“I’m no detective but I can tell that there might be some paint sniffing about to happen so I’d better arrest you.”

How to deface a billboard:
Step 1: Remove cap from spray paint.
Step 2: Find ladder.

That cop saying “I’m no detective” is kind of like Gil saying “I’m no coach, but …”
