I don’t quite get it either. It’s supposed to be sunny with a high of 70 in San Diego on Christmas day this year. Usually the rainy season starts in CA in December, but its been extra dry this year. Maybe he’s expecting that to change in January?
Well, I’m at a loss, hopefully elf (above) hit the nail on the head. Checked CA’s 90 day forecast at NOAA and it shows below normal precipitation and rain fall for CA. So, unless those umbrellas have heating units and a water supply in them they are going to be pretty useless…unless Santa is using them for some fancy tax write-off.
