This whole episode is making me feel very sad. At least when he was near that big old snow man with the scarf he had a chance of shelter and if he used his little doggie brain he could have grabbed at the scarf and warmed himself. This is just awful to watch.

What is he chained TO? ‘cause I’m thinking he can just slip that collar and boogie on… he needs grumpy tortoise now!

I don’t think the chain is attatched. But dragging a chain around can’t be fun either. How would he get his collar off?
