Will continue until Fri. morning.

At least we don’t have to shovel it.

Don’t know what I am going to be doing today. Probably not much.

All I know is that we are going to go out to eat dinner.

Another dismal day in the offing, it appears to be raining might even be freezing on. (oy)

I’ve been seeing indications of preparation for sugaring on the news. Saw an article showing the tapping of trees for pipeline collection of sap. I’m old fashion, buckets please.

I’ll stay in as much as possible, although I’ll need to get wood. (sigh)

Mark, I would love to see a sugaring operation in action. Buckets or pipeline, either would be good.

It’s a bit chilly outside right now: 31 degrees and the high is expected to be 47. For us that’s cold. No rain expected, though.

Smokey has no ill effects from her “adventure” yesterday. She’s back to her usual bouncy, silly self.

It got down to minus 13.6 this a.m. That’s the 5th day in a row with sub zero temps. We’re back to “normal”. BRRRR!

Glad to hear Smokey did well after her “E” ticket ride! Isn’t it amazing how “kids” bounce back so fast!

No plans for today. That means I would love to sit and read, but there will be a million things I need to catch up on instead.
