    Picasso in a police lineup:

“Turn to the right. Now face forward. Wait—Not both at the same time.”

Also heard of shaking hands left handed because of the heart being on that side :-)

If you were to have the Mona Lisa, would you keep it for yourself or sell it to the highest bidder?

Pennies haven’t been worth a cent for quite some time.

It’s Orthodox Christian tradition to wear the ring on the right hand. The right hand is used to make oaths, and the ring is a symbol of an oath.

FYI, the penny is not a U.S. coin, it is an English coin. Our coin is the cent. (1 per cent of $1)

Technically, aren’t all veins connected to the heart?

Always run a magnet over your change. It will find 1943 pennies as well as slugs.

Costs about 7 cents to make a penny or a nickel so both are losers for the government. Cents should be phased out of cash transaction by rounding as many countries have done.

The tradition wearing the ring on the left hand ring finger doesn’t originate from the Romans. They adopted it from the Greeks, and the Greeks adopted it from the Egyptians who had this believe mentioned in the text long before the Romans even existed as a nation. – Most northern and eastern Europeans wear it on the right hand ring finger. Germany and Austria until recently were right-handed countries, but under the western influence, more and more people wear the ring on the left. In Norway, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria and some other nations most people still wear it right handed.

And many men have discovered that if they remove their ring it may cause death within hours…

A few years back I got a 1943 steel cent in change at a McDonald’s. Not surprisingly, the kid behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about when I tried to explain to him what it was all about.
