Read recently there’s a correlation between weight gain and not drinking adequate amounts of water. I fail in that area and have started to pay more attention since the scales show a 6# gain in 3 weeks and there’s no charge in my diet.
I thought I remember reading (hearing) that exercise was more important to weight loss than dieting. If you exercise (according to the study) you can eat more of what you want. Of course, doing both is best.
People keep saying that, but our instructors have told us numerous times that to get rid of the gut- it’s the diet. The exercise does help, but it is both.
