Christopher and Richard aren’t being helpful.

She put a leash and collar on him? Yeesh! That’s a little off. Couldn’t she just follow him? There’s something wrong with Richard to put up with a leash and collar. There’s something wrong with Elizabeth and Christopher for thinking that this kid can actually track a missing dog. I am starting to think Farley is smarter than any of them.

Bad dog no gum ball for you.

Just take Richard home I don’t think his Mom would mind and you can tell your parents that he doesn’t shed.

Farley’s probably watching them from afar and laughing at them!

Richard is pooping in the yard.

At least Richard has the begging part down.

This strip allows me to comment on the sad decline of the beloved “corner store.” These wonderful family run shops were part of the community–a place to go for small items and a conversation when there was time. I regularly walk around my neighbourhood and I know where every corner store used to be. The last one has just reopened as a specialty coffee shop. Times have changed.

I took my dogs out for trailing practice this past weekend. It was very windy and on hard surfaces of parking lots and such. This is close to the results I got on a few of our runs.

I’m surprised Lynn didn’t comment on getting feedback from readers who objected to the leash and collar and dog-like attitude that she gave Richard!!

Buy some gumballs, but tell him he gets them as a reward AFTER he’s found Farley. Basic training protocol.

She ought to yank on that leash a few times!
