Yes, same big spoon. Only I usually do put it in a big bowl- all the contents of a package of KD (that’s Canadian for Kraft Dinner, Yanks) to myself.

…doggone, now I’m hungry.

I make my mac and cheese in the oven. However, I do eat oatmeal straight from the pot. Why dirty another dish?

Beef Stew …!!! I know … too much prep work, but worth the comfort ….

In Canada, university students survived on mac and cheese ( in Canada we call it KD – Kraft Dinner). That and bologna ( Newfoundland round steak) and crackers & peanut butter.

Cream of Mushroom soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

That’s pretty close to my early bachelor days. Also, in the winter, my refrigerator was a beer cooler out on the back porch… ☺

Homemade mac & cheese – definitely my favorite comfort food. I love the Kraft mac & cheese, but my husband wouldn’t eat that on a dare – or any packaged food. Fortunately for him, he cooks!
