He said he would find the leak. He didn’t say he would fix it.

How could Mutt miss a waterfall like that?

As they say. “If you want to get something done.”

Using the phone would be better than yelling out the window to get a plumber.

He should have gone the extra mile and bought one of those pans for under the heater which has a hose, in this case a big one, to the floor drain.

Finding and fixing are two seperate prices..

Run to the nearest landline phone.

Or just go turn the water off. There was an ad on TV showing this lady had water shooting out of the top of her faucet in the kitchen. The house was filling with water and her kids were surfing across the water. She was on the phone trying to find a plumber. All she had to do was reach under the sink cut the water off and then call a plumber.

Diagnosing the problem to no effect.
