Cable/Internet co always says to unplug the modem or the box – like that was not the first thing we did. Last time they told us we had to unplug everything at the outside – not doable. Latest thing is that if send someone to fix it and the problem is inside in the house – in their wires that they installed or their boxes – they will bill us for it.
