Now he’s going to write a tweet and he’ll say he’s a genius.

He’s doing the hokey-pokey too at the same time!

I kind of remember an old song. It went something like this. “Oh lord it’s hard to be humble,when you’re perfect in every way” Roy Clark maybe?

Woman: * Thanks God *Surgeon: Hey wait a second

You’re lucky; sometimes he spikes the kidney.

“All you”? Think the nurses, anesthesiologists, and others would also have played a part!

Sadly, I’ve encountered real docs who had almost the same attitude.

this is how we would all behave if we followed the NFL football players antics. “I did my job, now for a celebration dance”

’bout right in my experience.

A friend of mine – lung specialist – once told me all the MDs at his hospital were doing their annual comedy show, and it would be great.

His wife added “Yeah; the whole thing’s ’We’re doctors, we save lives – we are funny’”.

I think this is a great expression of the absurdity of the self importance that celebrities have who do nothing of any real importance. Why does it seem so ridiculous to see a Dr. who has just saved a life engage in boasting and a self-congratulatory dance and yet so acceptable to see it from someone who has merely scored a point in a sports game or some other trivial accomplishment?

The Spoiled Generation strikes again

well, she said, I would high five you , but I don’t want that icky stuff from the operation on my hands

My husband recently has to have his carotid artery scraped out. The doctor was so happy with what he did, he showed me pictures of what he scraped out. Uh, gee, thanks, Doc.

Meanwhile, a plumber unplugged his toilet…who’s da man now?

I wonder if my doctor did this after he successfully stopped my brain from bleeding . . . He’s kind of a goofball, so I’d say 30/70.
