Well done, Gavin! While it’s inspirational to focus on the nobility and tenacity of the lonely (and talented!) artist like Hemingway, my understanding is that he was also an alcoholic who drank a lot and was maybe abusive to others. But maybe that story is grist for another strip. Again I thank you for bringing such thoughtful narratives & themes to the genre of the comic strip! Namaste!
Just discovered this charming web ‘comic’…it’s different than anything else I’ve read so I’d like a different genre term. Oh well. I plan on spreading the word.
