I always thought his name was a pun for his gambling habit, pronounced the British way: ’andicap. Is it just me?
I don’t have a drinking problem, I drink, I get drunk, I fall down, no problem.
Andy is in, as in INebriated.
I see no reason as to why the Peeler would be looking for Andy.
It would be funny if Flo had left him there since last night.
