I am 77 and have hip & knee problems. Today we had a leak in the kitchen sing drain and 3 times I had to get on the floor on my back and unhook it all, go get 2 new parts and repair. I think I made a few poses!!

That’s okay. Real men don’t do yoga without making fun of it.
