I lived in an HOA neighborhood once for about 5 years. That was 5 years too long. I’ve moved quite a bit with my job to various states and the requirements for a home to all the realtors were: 1. No HOA. 2. A room for my piano. 3. At least a 3 car garage. 4. A minimum 1-acre lot. 5. NO HOA!!!
