Andy sure can’t get away with anything when he’s caught by the law and then tried in a tribunal.

Years ago I would take $20 to the race track I would bet $2 a race. The early races I would normally win. Then as the day went on I would bet more per race and go with longer shots to where at the end of the day I had 0. I always figured I got a full day of fun for $20.

@Number Three today’s strip is slightly funny , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp has his version of reality , but at least the judge fined him :o) right? , my avatar today is a photo of a painting I did of the “The Little Mermaid” that I painted on the side of my 10 foot aquarium in my basement , how was your day? , it’s St Paddy’s day when some countries celebrate St Patrick’s day by wearing green clothes , drink green coloured beer and not get thrown in the paddy wagon , our day should be busy but not hectic and we’ll get visits by our boys , take care pal.

Paddy is a racist slur for followers of St. Patrick…

And yet all the Irish people I know, and I know many, insist on calling it St Paddy”s Day. Doesn’t bother them.

I always thought that the first Irishman to come out in the Spring was Paddy O’Furniture :-)

I always wondered, what are the drawn lines by a fellows pockets when he has his hands in his pockets (see last frame). Does it show he’s playing pocket pool?

“I’m a model citizen. I even show up in the vicars sermon almost each sunday… No, not “to the sermon” but “in the sermon” – how can he illustrate better the bad things than with an exemplary bad example? And I give a job to the bartender, the brewers, the police and even to you, your honor."

Did you miss that he also plays football, or was that covered by brawling?

Probably shouldn’t have placed the bet while in court.

That’s adding insult to injury. He can win on the ponys, and gets fined for playing them.

One man’s fun is another man’s waste of time. On another note, Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Cappers!

Is it me or does “His Lordship” look like actor Leo McKern as Horace Rumpole of the Old Bailey ?
