Let them keep the dog to work it off. They will be calling, begging you to take him back.

It’s like when the store posts a sign that reads “We are not responsible for accidents!”. I think, well, neither am I due to the nature of the situation. If it was my fault, it would be called an “on purpose”.

All that plastic can’t be doing Doggy much good!

I still can’t understand why pets are allowed in public places in the first place. As I was leaving a Lowes store this woman was entering with a Saint Bernard who was dragging her. Same store, I had to avoid an aisle I needed to go to because this guy couldn’t control his idiot animal. Legitimate SERVICE animals are a different matter. Thank you Walmart for your sign “Service animals welcomed, Pets not allowed.”

That’s ok the Saint Bernard was probably tracking lost person in seasonal winter section ;)

It better be cash, because someone has already charged through the pet food>

We used to leave a bag of kibble in the sun porch and wondered why Oscar liked to spend so much time there. Three guesses.

My yellow lab could eat his weight in dog food. That is why I don’t take him shopping!

And this why you should never take your dog shopping on an empty stomach.

There was an old Dennis The Menace strip in which Dennis brought Ruff into a supermarket, Ruff chowed down on the dog food, and Dennis said, “Tell me when he’s eaten a nickel’s worth.”
