At least that kid didn’t weave back and forth in front of you. It’s too bad you couldn’t have rented a van to carry all of you in it. You could have carried a lot of snacks for all of you to eat along the way.
In California bikers and pedestrians are entitled to go pretty much anywhere they want. Ride down the middle of the street, stop in middle of an intersection, walk/ride across against the lights, cut across your lawn, go between cars, ride in a group across all lanes of traffic, etc. Its a paradise for bikers and pedestrians… But hell for everyone else who has to deal with the idiots

Here in NH, it’s against the law to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk. Or, at least it’s supposed to be.
