I live on a river that separates the US and Canada. Trafficking of every variety is a way of life — going across the bridge spanning the river. However, Border Patrol is active and occasionally busts someone either swimming (or attempting to) or boating across for nefarious reasons. Once “The Wall” is in place I anticipate having a move to build one across the river ( an essential link in commerce).

Just need it for a couple blocks around capitol and two office buildings. Then one block around White House.

That has been my idea for years and years. Every few years, build a wall around the capital, with all of the politicians and lobbyists inside it. Then declare a new capitol, have new elections, and start over. When the new capitol becomes as bogged down as the old one was, just repeat the process.

Wishful thinking.

Why? To keep them from leaving the scene of the crime?

Wait till he releases the kids from cages and then build one around him.
