Better stop, Squeak, or he’ll whack you with his cane.
So how old is this mouse? Three? Four? That’s geriatric for a small rodent.
Hey, mouse, respect the elders!
You can now be the back seat driver.
You will always be young at heart, Garfield.
If Garf had his zimmer you would be in real trouble, mouse!
Ah, I see that the mouse is down from the big foot syndrome too.
At least he doesn’t have to worry about hair loss and wrinkles.
Not so old for a human. For a cat, yes.
You’ll know you’re old, Garfield, when Jon starts showing you ‘retirement home’ brochures, and takes away your driving privileges ….

hmmmm!! thought cats had 9 lives !!
Forty-one? Hah! Amateur! (Senile pondering: wasn’t 41 (XLI) Ben-Hur’s number when he was a galley slave?)
4? ….hm. I could have sworn "Garfiield’ has been around for a lot more than four years.
I must be mistaken
It’s old for a cat. And Odie will be turning 41 also in a couple of months
Good thing Garfield doesn’t like to eat mice ,Squeak. Otherwise, you’d be considered Garfield’s next meal!!
And next year, Garfield’s age will be the answer to everything! (A “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” reference.)
squeaks is my favorite character in the show and the comics
42. 42 is the age to shoot for. If you want to know why, that will take a bit longer.
The real question is will Garfield let that mouse live?
Ah, 41 this week….hmmmm, I was stationed in Barbados when he was ’born. Wow, I really am old!
How much is that in cat years
