Out company has a policy: No texting in the stairwells. You think that someone smart enough to be a senior vice president would not have to be told that.

I keep my phone in a case on my hip. When I wear a seat belt, it’s nearly impossible to get to my phone. Then again, I don’t think that I am so important that the world will come to an end if I don’t answer a call or text immediately. However, I do have to remember to check when I stop.

No sense of self-preservation by horse or human or in today’s terms human or smart car.

I’d blame it on the horse, it should have been looking where it was going.

“Yup, I texted him a distinct warning to keep his eyes on the trail.”
